CPVC Cement can be used in a wide range of applications for joining CPVC pipelines and fittings in hot and cold potable and waste water systems. It is recommended for industrial implementations, vent, and drainage systems. This product is adequate for ducts through the ones electrical cables might be drag.

1. Cut the ends of pipes in a straight way and deburred them.
2. Put pipe and fittings together to verify they fit in well until 1/3 of the total connection length. 3. Make sure pipe is clean, dry and released of corrosion or dirty.
4. Stir the product thoroughly.
5. Apply the product to the male threads.
6. Get the pipe and fitting together making a pressure and a 90 ° turn to distribute the sealant. 7. Hold the joint during 20 to 40 seconds to let the bond to set.
8. Clean the excess of solvent cement with a damp cloth before the material cures. If it is already dry remove the excess mechanically.

CPVC Cement is based on special high temperature resistant PVC compounds, solvents and additives. Useful in construction where is required to joint CPVC materials chemically. This product can be shape, bend and weld and is suitable for interior and exterior applications allowing a strong weld pipelines and fittings.
